Disney Portrait Series

This series made it's debut in 2001 and was exclusive to the Disney Stores, Disney Gallery Stores and Limited to Production Year 2001. Beauty and the Beast was the only set to be released, and was packaged in the WDCC Green Box, except one side was clear plastic instead of cardboard. The Certificate of Authenticity (COA) had the following backstamp information. "The Disney Portrait Series and the name of each piece. 10th Anniversary Backstamp. Production Limited to Year 2001"

Those who attended the 2004 Celebration of Walt Disney Art Classics held at the Disneyland Resort had the opportunity to see potential releases which were Graduation Prizes for some lucky alumnis. They were raffled off at the Medfield College Alumni Talent Round-Up Luncheon.
